Asia ascend teak spa and sauna bench

As of 2026-11-01

This teak bench features a distinct flared design with ends that curve upward, offering a unique profile compared to standard flat stools. It is built specifically for use in high-moisture areas like saunas, steam rooms, or large walk-in showers. The solid wood construction provides a heavy, stable base that resists tipping during daily use.

The seat is composed of thick teak slats that facilitate airflow and drainage, which is essential for longevity in humid settings. The joinery is reinforced to handle the weight and stress of a seating surface while maintaining a clean, architectural look. Its natural oils help protect the wood from decay and staining in wet conditions.

This model serves as a functional accent piece for a home spa or master bathroom. The rich wood grain is left visible to highlight the organic beauty of the material. Because it is made from teak, the bench will develop a silver-grey patina over time if left untreated, or it can be oiled to keep its original color.
